What if I'm not in San Diego or want help remotely?
Our advanced, secure screen-sharing software enables us to assist you remotely. Before scheduling this, we will briefly discuss your issues and goals to ensure we can help you.
Can you help with a PC or a mixed computer environment?
Sure, we can help! We know that each business is different. Although we are a very Mac-centric company and love Unix-based MacOS best, we know that some people may have Macs, and some may have both. We have a deep knowledge of computer systems and study all three platforms to stay current: Linux, Mac, and PC. My daily driver is Kali Purple Linux. (a specialized security-focused operating system)
Do you fix cracked iPhone screens?
No, we’re not a hardware repair shop.
However, for our existing clients, we offer a concierge service to pick up a new iPhone directly from Apple and securely transfer all data from the old device—“waking up” your information on the new phone. This way, you never have to leave your damaged phone at a repair shop, keeping your high-profile contacts and sensitive data fully protected. Physical access is every evil hacker’s dream.
Note: We specialize in software, networking, and system-level issues. For physical hardware repairs (like cracked screens, battery replacements, or logic board failures), we’re happy to refer you to a trusted local partner.
Does IT Help San Diego offer Managed Services?
Many IT companies will bill their clients every month, even when they haven’t done much to deserve it. We DO NOT believe in managed services. Our ethics policy prevents us from arbitrarily billing you for a month of service for which we did nothing for you. We only bill you when you need us, and we spend time on your issues. We are highly motivated, mission-oriented tech soldiers. Some clients like to schedule recurring visits to keep up to date, and that is better.
